I am pretty much new to the "clean eating" lifestyle.
I have lost about 25 lbs and I am pretty much at goal weight..MY PROBLEM...My stomach is the ONLY thing that is extremely large. From what i am reading, the only way I am going to get rid of it is to eat clean...Ive been trying to follow this for about 1 1/2 mos now.
I am 46 years old, mother of 3 (21, 20, 17), starting to go thru menopause..and NEVER had a flat tummy. I am praying there is still hope for me!!
I am unfortunately, a HORRIBLE cook/meal planner.
Searching for some help to get me on the right track.
I have a few things that i cant give up yet, like my breakfast items, coffee, FF creamer, 80 cal yogurt, and kashi go lean...other than that...Im ready for all else. (I AM going to try to substitue the creamer with almond milk but i would need to use a sweetener..ARE any sweeteners allowed?)
