Aloha and welcome...it does get easier! Small steps is definitely the way to go (as Laura said). It really is amazing, once you cut out processed food you STOP craving it. TRULY, this happens. It is so worth stopping the cycle. You can do it!

I really hope to work this program to my benefit. It (the website) is a bit overwhelming and I dont really know where to start. so while I search the site I jave just tried eating healthier. HA HA. Yesterday I became very stressed over work (I work from home 3 days a week and the office 2) and ATE everything in my path. They I felt guilty and sick, stuffed if you will.
So there lies ONE of my problems. Stress eating. Bored eating. Starved stuff my face with whatever is there and then be sick eating. I work way too many hours and use that as a road block to my exercise. All of these are why I am here. now what am I going to do about it.
So I say hello and welcome any support and suggestions !
