Hi. Im Noel and I'm somewhat new to Spark....trying really hard this time to do whats right and lose the weight and get fit....I have a goal in mind of jogging a 5k in 8 weeks...I hope everybody is doing great with their program. I feel very hopeful this time though I do slip occasionally. Thanks.
