Good luck on your undertaking. You are on the right track by having set a goal. You can set daily goals and keep track of them on a daily basis. See the tracker bar on your home page. I am not new but still feel new.

Hi. Im Noel and I'm somewhat new to Spark....trying really hard this time to do whats right and lose the weight and get fit....I have a goal in mind of jogging a 5k in 8 weeks...I hope everybody is doing great with their program. I feel very hopeful this time though I do slip occasionally. Thanks.
