Hello! My name is Amanda and I'm 25. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was always a pretty active kid/teen, so my 2 hour swim practices would at least keep me maintaining my weight regardless of what I ate. When I got to college, I didn't really workout unless you consider beer pong a workout. I have pretty much yo-yoed since I was 15. I am done with that. I am reading Tosca Reno's book "The Eat-Clean Diet" and what I am reading is interesting and something I would like to try. It may prove to be a little difficult for me, since my husband is not interested in trying to eat healthy. He doesn't see a problem with his Arby's and McDonald's high fat, low fiber American diet. He will eat vegetables, but not like I do. Anyway, that's my life story. Eating clean will be a challenge for me, too, but I'm going to try.
