I recently got started with the weight loss journey AGAIN. My goals for 2 days were to drink more water and to write everything down I ate. I have had success with WW and have been calculating points for 2 days. I am not willing to pay WW again so I am giving this website a try. I am looking for support to really stick with the plan. My other goals have been to not snack in the evening while reading/watching tv. I have also kicked the glass of wine habit at nighttime, for 3 days so far! :)
