Congrats on quitting those cigs!

Hi - new to the site and not really sure how to use it quite yet. I am sure I will figure it all out in time.
I have 53-days smoke free. and am looking to lose about 50-60 pounds. I am the mother of a 15-year old boy. I am staying active for now playing softball 4-nights a week and tournaments on weekends when I can as I work weekends. My job(s) are sedentary. Since stopping smoking I've made some changes - drinking more water, eating better foods and am a tad bit more social. So this is pretty much me in a nutshell!
