Glad to see that you haven't given up! Move forward with a determined step. Give your pantry a hard look. Give away the foods that don't belong. There are plenty of churches, schools, etc. that collect for your neighborhood pantry. They would be thrilled to receive chips and other junk food - they get a lot of tuna! :P You can find a list of good for you pantry items to build your new kitchen and a new you! (Besides, how would you know how far you have come if you didn't backslide once in a while!?!?!)

As everyone else already said, just move on. Make it a goal to track every day. You know that if you go off your program you don't lose - so use that as a lesson learned.
I have to tell you that I have at least 6 versions of the Weight Watchers materials - each one from a different program. So that's proof I've started over at least that many times (in reality it's probably 5x that many - LOL). But I've decided to remove processed foods from my house, and counting points doesn't give me the satisfaction that seeing the real nutrients I eat. So I'm sticking with SP.

i just pick myself up...dust my ego off and continue from there we can't redo the past so there really isn't any starting over...just learning a lesson and continuing on...you can do it....take your time and resolve your concerns slowly..Remember Haste makes Waste.......not Waist !

I feel that you should not start over, as it could make your progress feel as if it does not matter and it does. I am also new to this group and if for everytime I messed up, I started over I would have quit a long time ago. Start where you are and move forward! Be proud of making the progress you did, we all have setbacks and things that will take us off track sometimes, but just look ahead and keep going. Is my advice. Good luck to you!

Hi All, I started logging food and exercise faithfully for my first three weeks. Saw great results, but then stopped tracking and now I am back where I started. I would love to hear your stories regarding whether to start over or just begin where I am today. Thanks, Monica
