I am so with you on this! I really am feeling a lot better since I have been eating clean. Not to say I don't have an off day or moment here and there but over all I am doing much better! Yes, they look amazing but I feel the same as you do! LOL Love doing my walking! LOL I also agree with the eating....I got a couple of the Clean Eating magazines and they have meal plans that are around 1600 and 1700 calories! I thought good Lord I don't need that! lol! If you have some great ideas for dinners I would love to hear them! I am in a rut and would like to try some good stuff. My husband is getting better about eating like me so I don't want him to get bored at dinner! Thanks a bunch! Keep up the great work!

I have the eat clean diet book by Tosca Reno and i really like the idea of eating clean. you know simple...no sugar no junk or anti-foods. but the eating six times a day just seems like to much. and i'm not a crazy the bodybuilder type (no offense you guys look AMAZING!! i'm just not that dedicated) i'm going to use the spark tracker and eat 3 clean meals and a snack. and i'm looking forward to trying new recipes.
