Hello everyone! I heard about this website maybe a year ago, I think on Hay House Radio, it sounded great and then I forgot about it. While I may not have a lot of weight to lose, I have had a lot of trouble doing it. I catch myself doing emotional eating etc... Then, a few weeks ago something changed. I had my last ice-cream binge, feeling disgusted with myself I decided to take control. I used Dr. Amen's website for awhile, but it's not free, and my finances are too tight right now. Then, I remembered SPARK, so I googled it and wha-la I found it! I am so grateful and pleased with this site! Now that I am conscious about my calorie intake I find it easy to be sensible about my diet. I read all labels and now I know how many calories to eat in a day. Before, I was oblivious to it, like that ice-cream I ate (couldn't leave it alone) was probably a whole days calorie/fat intake!!! I'm sure I will continue to use this site even after I reach my goal. Here's to great health and happiness.
