Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
Looking to lose about 85 pounds and needing all the support and motivation anybody is willing to offer. It's hard going from a lifestyle of careless eating to one of nutritious eating plus adding in exercise. I have the full support of my husband but my friends are all quite thin already and don't comprehend the struggle I am going through. So my support system is limited.
