No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

There are zillions of things a person can take with them to eat while not at home. Eating out can sometimes be a problem and you have to chose the simplest things on the menu. But you will not be sure of all the ingredients when you eat out so I just don't.

Start a new thread asking the question: "Ideas for a lunch box" and you will get some great ideas.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Hi all,
Joined the group to become more educated in eating clean and to obtain more ideas for lunch menu ideas. I am a social worker and I become very busy during the day and want to eat well any suggestions are appreciated
