it always helps when the hubbie likes to eat clean as well!! My hubbie eats 75% clean he is still addicted to his pepsi and his chocolate but at least he does like eating clean the rest of the time to the team!!
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
Welcome! Husbands are hilarious, annoying, stubborn and most anything else you can think of. Clean eating is new to us too, but it's catching on.
Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results."

Hey everyone, I am new here and to clean eating. I have always been interested in healthy eating and bounced between vegetarian, no red meat and omnivore. I struggled because my husband refued to pay extra for groceries and it was tough. A few months ago since I was losing weight he decided to "buff" up but has been struggling to get a 6 pack and bulk. Then he read all about mens fitness models diet...clean eating! for the last week he has bought a ton of fresh veggies, fresh chicken, fresh fruit and we have gotten rid of all our sauces and other crap we added to our food. I was stalled on my weight loss and I dropped 2lbs. I feel better and I am back to eating only white meat once a day. He has cut out pork and only eats lean white meat and rarely lean red meat. I am so happy and hopefully this helps lose my last 20lbs, make my skin and hair nicer and make me feel over all healthier :)
