Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Hello, time for me to Toughen Up and shed my last 40-50 lbs. I lost about 120 lbs (260 - 140) about 8 yrs ago, before I met my husband. We have both gotten off the track and each put about 30 lbs back on.... Oh well, now it's time to re-group and get my life back on track. My goal is to get fit and stay there for life. I really like what I just read in Oxygen's most recent "Off the Couch" issue, fall 2010, which agrees with my way of thinking and living.

Don't know how much time I will have to read postings or answer any messages, but am willing to do so, if I get the time. Like, right now, I am heading off on a power walk.
