Hi, my name is Dalores. I checked out a book from the library a week ago called,"Clean, Green, and Lean". What he says just makes so much sense about toxins being stored in your fat cells and how you need to get the toxins out. I started reading it Monday and when I woke up Wednesday I felt fantastic, better than I remember ever feeling in my whole life! I still feel great! #1 toxin I'm staying away from is sugar. I'm also trying to get the "dirty dozen" in organic or not eating them or pealing them.
