Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. Welcome! I have always been a fairly clean eater but obviously not good enough since I have about 40 pounds to lose, lol. I started the "diet" officially a week ago and am feeling great so far! I'm sure you will, too.
Hello Everyone, My name is Brandilyn I thought I'd just introduce myself, even though some of you have seen me on some of the other eat clean teams, this seemed like a good place to start. I am 35 yrs old. I am 5'4 149 lbs, and I'm trying to get to 130, if I get to 130 and am still eating clean and happen to go lower that would be fabulous, but if not I just want to at least get there. Anyway. I have three wonderful children, twin girls age 4, and a son who will be 3 the first week of Aug. I teach ESL (english as a second language) at our Elementary school, and my husband is the best there is. I love to read, knit, crochet, quilt (although haven't had time to do much of that since I had the twins) and I'm very interested in food/nutrition and fitness even though I don't exactly practice it! :) My new goal is to get our family to eat clean at least 90% of the time and slowly change our bad habits into good ones. I think I've already kicked my dietcoke habit after 9 days I haven't even thought about having one at all! I think my only concern at this point is I need a bigger fridge to fit all those gorgeous fruits and veggies I've been buying! Have a great day.
