Hey kids! I'm a working mom of two who struggles with consistency. I've been around SP for a couple of years and never really made any significant progress on my weight loss goals for that reason.
So I'm trying to build true commitment to my goals and what it will really take to achieve them. In that light, I stumbled across this team in an effort for renewed enthusiasm and new ideas.
