Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. I'm a sahm/professional volunteer (roll eyes) with 2 kids. They have fantastic instincts when it comes to food, and I'm just trying to take their lead and run with it. I love to run, cook, stamp and hang out with my littles.
