I've found that whenever I really do well on my clean eating, I do drop weight. It's just easier for the body I think.

You and me both (plateau, I mean). This week I have started to include a LOT more raw foods in my diet. I eventually want to eat 80% raw foods. Right now, I am around 60% raw.

I meant to introduce myself last week when I joined!
I guess I'm already a pretty clean eater, but I'm always looking for tips. I'm struggling to get off this plateau I'm on and looking for ideas.
I'm a sahm/professional volunteer (roll eyes) with 2 kids. They have fantastic instincts when it comes to food, and I'm just trying to take their lead and run with it. I love to run, cook, stamp and hang out with my littles.
