Can anyone tell me how to make an omelet?
I found this...http://www.ehow.com/how_13824_make-
basic-omelet.html
But do I need to add the butter?

Also, I want to add spinach to my omelet...and maybe some peppers. How/when would I do that?

Are they hard to make? I've never had them, but I can fry an egg and that is about as far as my cooking abilities go ;)

The simplicity of clean eating makes it really easy to cook the dishes, JMO. Less ingredients, fresher ingredients, just makes it simpler.

It's really doable! Start with easy dishes and lots of fresh fruit and veggies and then add more complicated meals as you gain confidence.

Hi!

It's okay if you don't cook - do like Laura is starting (and DH and I are trying some, too), and eat RAW! I've heard that we should eat raw food at every meal, at least as a part of it.

But not knowing how to cook is basically why I live off of foods out of cans and microwave dinners :(
