Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. Welcome to the group. I also started thinking about clean eating after watching the BBC show. I am fascinated by how much better people look and feel after beginning to eat clean. I bought a few of Gillian McKeith's books and am quite pleased with most of the recipes I have tried. Mary

Hi Everybody! My name is Amy. I've been maintaining my weight for quite some time now, but I've not been getting enough fruits and veggies. Then I started watching a show on bbcamerica called You Are What You Eat and the stuff those people ate before eating clean looked so disgusting. I thought, that's what I eat, so, I decided I'm eating clean. This looks like a very helpful team. I'm so glad it was created. I hope everyone has a good day! Amy
