At the Chinese buffet I just eat from the salad bar and the sushi bar if they have one. Everything else has either been fried, sauced up or broiled in some butter sauce...I love that stuff...so I make it my business to stay away from it or I will do damage.
Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will stick with the steamed fish, veggies and fresh fruit for dessert. I feel like if I can make proper choices I won't have to always pass on these outings with friends. Mary

I have been working to eat clean (cooking from scratch, reducing/eliminating sugar and artificial sweeteners, etc) for about a month. My friends like to eat at the Chinese Buffet restaurants. I don't want to miss out on the social outings, but I don't want to revert back to bad habits. What are the best choices to make at these buffets? Thanks for your help. Mary
