been lurking around for a while now, but with the New Year I'm going to be changing my goals from weight loss focused to health and fitness focused. Been cleaning out my cupboards and cleaning up my recipes for a while now, slowly but surely getting there. I'd say at least 5 days a week are clean, homemade from scratch.
