Yes. She has some pretty fancy footwork! But, she also has a lot of cool kickbox and circuit dvs and really great strength routines. She is TOUGH. Even tougher than Tony! LOL! I think there are 11 different cardio workouts (I pre-ordered the entire collection)
Melissa! I also subscribe to those magazines and I completed P90X (DOUBLES) last spring. I am currently doing a lot of Cathe Friedrish dvds and I am gonna do Cathe's STS this fall/winter. Anyhow, I'm glad you found your way here. Lots of great info and team members here!
Hi everyone! I am Melissa. I am 39 and have several of Tosca's books and subscribe to CE and Oxygen magazines to hear more great advice from Tosca. For some time now, I have been trying to be the healthiest person that I can be. With that said, like many of you, it is a daily struggle. Often, I start off great only to hit my weak time between 3 and 6, with no plan, and I eat something that is not "clean" nor "healthy." My husband and I are doing P90X together and we just finished today - week 6 of that program. I am starting to see some positive changes to my body although the scale has only gone down a few pounds. For me, it's not about the number on there but the layer of fat that I have on my abs which obscures the muscles that are under there. I know that what we eat is so important to looking and feeling our best but in moments of weakness, that knowledge leaves me. Well, that's a bit of my story.
