Hi! And WELCOME! In your dorm room, If you have a small fridge and a hotplate, then there are all kinds of things you can make... oatmeal, quick stir frys, omelletes, soups. You can make healthy sandwiches, eat fresh fruit and veggies, hmmm. Anyhow, I'm sure there will be all kinds of suggestions from others also.
Welcome to the team from Northern California. It's been years since I've been in a dorm. I can only imagine what they serve. I'll be interested in reading the advice that fellow clean eats folks w/give you.
The unknown monster under the bed is always scarier than the dust bunny reality.
I'm really excited about this team as I'm interested in breaking my poor food choices for good. I generally eat healthier when I'm preparing my own food but I've ruined many weight loss successes as soon as I return to college in the fall. Any advice for eating healthy while living in a dorm with no kitchen?
Even though I'm on summer vacation right now, I'm living on campus currently because I'm taking a summer class. I have two weeks left and then I'll be home until August! I think moving back onto campus in August is what worries me the most. It will be my last year of college but I really have trouble keeping weight off/continuing to loose weight when I'm surrounded by bad habits and temptation.
