I just finished the 28-Day Bootcamp and I learned that I can stick to a strength training routine, I just need guidance to do so. But as much as I would like to stick with it, body weight and free weight exercises can get boring after awhile. I've also always wanted to pick up a set of resistance bands but I've never gotten around to it because, "What do I do with them?"
Well, tonight I'm off to Walmart to buy a cheap set (I'll buy a nicer one if these work for me :)) and I'll see what 4 weeks of this bootcamp will do for me!
