Sometimes I get this way too. When I do, as soon as the thought of exercise enters my mind I stop and do an SP video. If your aiming for 10 min./day do the 9 min. video. It's day 7. It hit all the major muscle groups! TIPY

My goals are: 1. Work out 10 minutes a day, every day. 2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. 3. Keep within my calorie range. 4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. I have great intentions, fantastic plans, and they always seem to fall apart. I need support to keep momentum!
