I'm a 35 year old native New Yorker, who recently moved to Virginia to be closer to family. The stress of relocating, finding a job & " the Seafood Diet" ( Every time I see food, I eat) has led me to gain 30 lbs. With healthier food choices, exercise & a positive support system ( you guys), I know I'll reach my goal in no time.
