Hi there, This should be a pretty good place for you, then!!! I'm a 57 yo Mum in Scotland. I did this 4-week challenge last year, just as exercise. But this year, I'm looking to start removing some excess weight as well as "enjoying" the exercise. I look forward to hearing how you get on.
