I don't know how a person would get through the Passover season with an egg allergy! I think I have gone through 7 dozen eggs this week. I hope you find the adjustments that work for you. I've met people who feel so much better away from the food allergens that they don't miss the food item.

i agree with the others dark dark green leafy veggies are the best way i add spinach to almost all my soups and to casseroles. also make a low fat spinach dip to eat with my raw veggies. good luck to you. you may want to check with the dr and get a real good supplement.

There are many calcium rich foods like spinach that you can eat that will help you meet your daily calcium needs. Are you only allergic to cow's milk? My younger brother and a few distant cousins have or had cow's milk allergies but could drink and use goat's milk. It lacks an enzyme that cow's milk has, which usually is the culprit behind a dairy allergy. Alternatively, you might also be able to substitute in soy or almond milk. Talk to your doctor and best wishes!
Spinach and swiss chard are the most calcium dense foods on the planet. You can even juice them into a smoothie (with other fruits) if you wanted to get a lot of vitamins packed into one small drink (instead of eating pounds and pounds of rabbit food)
I was just diagnosed with an egg and milk allergy. I see how to remove egg from the spark diet so that I can see some healthy alternatives, but I need help with calcium. I read the article that listed 11 other foods, but still need advice. Any really good calcium fortified foods?
