welcome back! I noticed that a lot of people start and aren't 100% committed, so they stop the SP life, and come back when they, like you, are 100% committed. I think that is the way it has to be. If you aren't 100% committed, it is too easy to convince yourself to take a day off of exercise, a week, and then it just snow balls! I started SP 100% committed after being wishy-washy for months with an exercise routine. I found and started SP and have been exercising pretty much daily for the last couple of months. Weekends are a maybe, maybe not, but since I am exercising Mon-Fri without fail, I don't mind the wishy-washy weekends!
