I like the bootcamp workouts. it makes sure i excercise all body parts. I otherwise forget to do strength training. i sometimes to extra reps or sets.

Don't forget to be awesome.

over the years i have tried all the diets that came down the pike, from the healthy to the bazaar. this is the first time i have been able to stick with something over 3 or 4 months. lots of slips and falls along the way but somehow it clicked for me. i sure hope that it will do the same for you. best of luck with sticking with it. emoticon

If I don't have a plan, I am lost .
If I have a plan to have a plan, I am procrastinating.
If I have a plan but do not use it , I am in denial.
If I have a plan and don't do it perfectly, at least I tried.
If I have a plan and do it perfectly, then I am on top of the world.
If I have a plan and fail miserably for a day, I have an opportunity to start over.
If I have a plan but don't try any more, I am lost again until I find a new plan.

Any plan is not worth its weight If I don't have support.

Having a plan, logging my food/drink and exercise is what has made me me able to get into shape.
The message boards also provide me motivation too.
So, if I can do this at 54 then you can do it at a younger age. You'll be a great Mommy to Izzy too!

I find myself being more successful when I follow a plan such as journaling my food and exercise. The message boards are also a motivating. Good luck and continued success.
