I know what you mean by "feeling thinner" even tho the scale doesn't tell you so. My profile photo is my inspiration! I hope to find the same bikini to buy so I can hang it up in plain view to I work to fit into it! Good luck to you! You don't seem like you have far to go..congrats!

Looking at your numbers, I would ask are you already at a healthy weight for your age and all the other factors that are to be considered? Maybe you should focus on strength training and exercises for your abs.

Hi Guys, I have been on spark for 2 weeks now. I haven't lost any pounds but I feel thinner and less bloated. I am trying to lose inches more than anything though. When I weighed I felt a little discouraged since the scale hadn't moved but I am trying to stay positive since I do feel thinner. I am an RN and am trying to learn how to get more cardio fit in to my schedule. I did really good last week and am planning to do the same amount of exercise this week. I want to feel confident in my bikini this summer, no more hiding my belly!
