ADRIANJ5304 - I've experienced the same thing many times. I get into a great exercise routine, then, bam, another cold or something hits me! Nowadays I do light exercise on the days I don't feel so great and ease back into working out as I start to feel better. Life is always going to throw distractions in our way; just don't give up!
