Hi! I just had a baby 8 weeks ago and I was overweight before and after the pregnancy I'm looking to get healthy to reduce any of my hypothyroid symptoms and post pregnancy! I also want to be much more active with my kids and husband. I want to get back into toned and sexy shape!!!! Now I would like to learn from everyone's experience on this site and motivations from anyone would be a great help I need that support system and I promise I will return plenty of motivation and support you need! Let's work together as a team people! :) Let's rock the world and show them what we can do and transform ourselves into the shape we want! :)
