I agree set small goals. If you set to big of ones and don't succeed you may get frustrated and give up.

A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.

Make small changes. Big or to many changes will lead to failure. I think I read somewhere there it takes 30 days to change a habit. I know you can do it. Your name says it~Glori. Just hang in there.
