No meal is complete without them! I crave fruit more than I do sweets. And freggies make the meal more colorful and visually appetizing. emoticon emoticon

Freggies are always a goal for me. I do well to get 4-5, but aim for more. Today was a great day with homemade veggie and beef soup. So far I've had a banana, lettuce, cucumbers, lima beans, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, cabbage, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. I'm trying to add more beans to our meals, and less meat. I would like a few meatless meals now and then.

Normal weekdays consist of (in some combo) apples, Cutie's, mixed berries, bananas, lettuce, mushrooms, cucumbers, and carrots. I would like to get to 9 servings daily!!

Dear Lord, set my sights on You and Your great attributes. Help me to live in Your presence, dependent on Your guidance each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

today i have had half a mango,2 kiwi´s,1 granny smith,carrots,broccoli,mushrooms,onions,ko
hlrabi and cucumber.later i plan to have some tomatoes and cheese on cracker.

They say we should have 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, but that many of us don't. Do you?

I think I do, but I will admit that I don't track every day. However, I believe we are a freggie family. My husband loves fruit. We eat our veggies too.
