Freggies are always a goal for me. I do well to get 4-5, but aim for more. Today was a great day with homemade veggie and beef soup. So far I've had a banana, lettuce, cucumbers, lima beans, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, cabbage, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. I'm trying to add more beans to our meals, and less meat. I would like a few meatless meals now and then.
Normal weekdays consist of (in some combo) apples, Cutie's, mixed berries, bananas, lettuce, mushrooms, cucumbers, and carrots. I would like to get to 9 servings daily!!
Dear Lord, set my sights on You and Your great attributes. Help me to live in Your presence, dependent on Your guidance each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
