Freggies are always a goal for me. I do well to get 4-5, but aim for more. Today was a great day with homemade veggie and beef soup. So far I've had a banana, lettuce, cucumbers, lima beans, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, cabbage, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. I'm trying to add more beans to our meals, and less meat. I would like a few meatless meals now and then.
Normal weekdays consist of (in some combo) apples, Cutie's, mixed berries, bananas, lettuce, mushrooms, cucumbers, and carrots. I would like to get to 9 servings daily!!
Deliver us from just going through the motions and help us heed your call. Breathe into us the restlessness and courage to do something new, something saving, and something true, that we may be agents of your love and grace and know in our bones what it means to be your people.
