I have the urge to run, but need to get my knee in a better place, first! Getting there, but do not want a big set back by doing to much, too soon!

IMPROVISE,OVERCOME AND ADAPT!
...not only do I not like running, right now I am limping with a piece of glass in my foot (since Nov. 2nd)
... and don't tell me to go see a doctor, I've seen 4 of them!!!
(They have me soaking my foot twice a day. Did you know that excess soaking causes your skin to dry out? Now I'm learning how to rehydrate my foot.)
Good luck with your running though.
