Would like to introduce myself to you all. I am just starting, and very confused with a few things. I am unsure how to get help, and who I can talk to. If anyone can help me with getting started, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to let someone know where I am in my diet and fitness regime as I already have one in place, and find out how I fit Spark people into that in order to make it work. I am getting rather frustrated. After my son was born 6 years ago, I lost 80+ lbs over 2-21/2 years, kept it off for 2-21/2 years, then it has started coming on the past two years. No matter how many times I try to "start fresh", and get back to the mindset I was in when I lost the weight, the scale just keeps going up!!!
