I think it is hard to lose weight and quit smoking at the same time, but one thing for sure, quitting smoking has got to help with the budget as well as improve your health.
I am not sure, but I think losing weight and quitting smoking both help with the cholesterol, so it sounds like you have a good set of goals.

I'm new here as of today and want to take control of my health. I have already taken a few steps such as exercise and better food choices but my goals are to lose weight, lower my cholesterol and to quit smoking!!! I'm 55 and tired of feeling tired. So here I am and am willing to take any support, advice or critizism that I need to get my goals on target and accomplished!!
