Hi... Yes, you can do it. Who says you have to "exercise"? Just move more! Walk instead of drive your car, take extra trips bringing groceries from the car to the house, etc. Just move! and of course watch your eating habits. Once you start writing things down, you'll realize how much you eat, and what you eat. You will then be able to make better choices. The pounds will fall off. Trust me.
You have to take the negative thoughts from your brain, and replace them with good thoughts. If you continue to say "I can't lose weight", you won't lose weight. The power of the mind is crazy! You have to start saying "I can lose weight. I can do this. I will be 125 pounds". Feel it, and you'll achieve it.
And besides, keeping 20 pounds off for a year is remarkable, I don't care what anyone says! You're awesome, you deserve the best that you can be.

Time is the coin of life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it is spent.
