Hi all. i'm new and looking for help in loosing weight. I have finished working on the tools and now have a desk job and over the 4 years the weight has piled on and cannot shift it back down. I am 42 and think i eat healthy and exercise every day but nothing changes apart from some weeks the weight goes up.

 current weight: 205.0
