Hey there!
Welcome back.... I've just gone through a whole bunch of similar changes, also including a move from one province to another, and also starting to re-start my days at Spark. We can do it!

Time is the coin of life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it is spent.

I am introducing myself. I am not new to the dieting game, nor am I new to sparkpeople. After losing a lot on Weight Watchers, I went through some life stressers, having health issues, marital problems, and financial changes, ending with a relocation from Maine to North Carolina. During the past 5 years I managed to put almost all the weight back on. I started spark people, but it kinda got lost in all the changes. I am the proud mom of a 10 year old competitive swimmer, and have finally reached a point where I am settled in my new life and ready to lead a healthy lifestyle, not only for myself, but also my family. I cancelled my old account and started a new account with the idea of starting fresh without the reminders of my past failures.
I am currently a SAHM, living on one income. Hubby says if I can find ways to save money, I can continue to stay home and hopefully homeschool our daughter.

That is a brief introduction and peek into my new journey.
