Hi gals and guys. I'm new here (again) - I'm rejoining SP after a 3 month hiatus. The good news is during that 3 month period, I lost 5 pounds instead of gaining so the things I learned on here obviously helped me. I'm back for more!!
I plan on getting organized and actually planning my menus for a week at a time. We have a wonderful year-round farmer's market here in Raleigh, NC so I'm definitely going to utilize its resources for fresh veggies all year long. I would like some tips on how to actually cook though - I know how to cook expensively but not cheaply!
