Walking w/ him will get you a lot of exercise especially if you live in the hilly parts

Faith + grace = salvation
My favorite exercise after the birth of my babies was walking. Simply finding another mom with a baby, putting our babies in strollers and going for walks.
However, I have seen all kinds of exercises to be done with baby. Things like touching your toes and tickling your baby. You might like to do a Google search for ideas.

Cleoleft....the queen of de nile done left the building...time to start fresh!
My name is Sammy, I'm married to a wonderful man, we got married in October of 2009. He is an active duty marine, he just got back from his 3rd and last deployment. We live in Southern California on Camp Pendleton. We just had our first baby, a beautiful little boy in August. I'm looking to become more healthy and lose the baby weight i gained (and then some). Having a 2 month old doesn't leave me a lot of time to work out, so i would love to find new ways to work out with my son. I'm interested in finding a buddy if anyone else is too.
