To be happy and healthy in body, mind and spirit ,and set the best example for them, so that my children will be too. That's what I aspire to., to be the best ME I can be!
Hi y'all. I'm a miss placed Texan living in Florida. So happy to find this team (and the addition to SparkPeople site) since hubby and I sat down last Saturday to develop a budget TOGETHER! For the first time. He's always put it on me and just told me, "Just tell me what to do." Needless to say we never stuck to those budgets and it always bothered me because we are such a team in every other area of our lives.
Problem was we created a grocery budget then promptly went over it buying only the items for the healthy menu I created on SparkPeople. We're just starting and it's not a devastating loss but there's lots of room for improvement.
So, hi, I'm Sharon (aka TexGrl) usually a bit shy unless it's something I'm passionate about and I'm happy the meet all of ya!
