There are a couple of different cookbooks on sneaking in the good stuff to your kids - one is literally The Sneaky Chef, and I own that one. It's pretty good, and you'd be surprised to see what you can add in to some stuff. There's another by the same author for sneaking good foods into your HUSBANDS foods, too, although I haven't looked at that one.
Good luck with the 4 am thing. Because I don't believe in a 4 am is probably why I'm not exercising as much as I should....
