Welcome to the group. Chair Exercise is great for Arthritis. You can still get a pretty good workout by doing them.

Why wait till you get home....why not also do some exercises at work? I know that when I was still working, there were a series of stretches I would do at my desk. And you can always stretch or move your feet, even sitting at a desk.
Even trips to the bathroom can include a few wall push-ups.
My day is not complete until needle, thread & fabric meet!!

Mrs!!! You've come to the right place! Check out the videos sent to you, all you need is a chair! I love that I can do this at home alone! On the other hand, getting out and about is excellent exercise in itself---try to go to water aerobics; that's so good for osteo arthritis!!! Welcome to Chair Exercises!!!!
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
It's hard to stumble when you're on your knees.
I've been of and on spark and this time I'm looking for a group who can give me some exercise for my osteo arthritis because i have the nutrition down just not the excerise i work and by the time i get home some times i make it to water areobic but most of the time i cop out need some thing i can do at home HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
