Ellen welcome. I'm kind of new too. I joined in March. Funny thing I joined for weight loss and over these few months the best part for me is by taking baby steps to exercise I am doing things I have not done in 10 years. I've lost weight also 16 lbs. I have had severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for 22 years. You picked a great group. They are wonderful.

Hi, All!! My name is Ellen and I am from Louisville, KY!! I just saw this team and you all seem to be just what I was looking for. I joined SP May 9th and have lost 12 pounds since then, making total weight loss 44 pounds in two years. My main issue is exercise. I suffer with degenerative disc disease, severe osteoarthritis in ALL of my joints (knees are really bad, as well as shoulders), and severe carpal/cubital tunnel syndrome in both wrists and elbows. I don't like to whine, but just wanted you to know what I'm dealing with and so excited to find a different form of exercise that, maybe, even I can do. Thanks for being here!!!!!
