Hi Kathi! You're in the right place at the right time. Chair exercises are a good beginning to a fitness program. There are more than a few on this team who have used it begin and have ended up doing exercises beyond the chair.
On the Team Page you'll find Forums with great chair exercises, including gentle ones for the beginner. I encourage you to start your program... even if its with 10 minutes at a time. The time grows...and so does the effect.
