Well, they know how to take a picture of delicious food! I'll have to see what I can do to modify for vegan. I still eat eggs but am trying to avoid cheese with it's high fat and sodium. But I think I know a couple of substitutions that will make this a keeper recipe for me.

My name is Angelina and I am from Philadelphia, PA. I joined this group because I find that participating in the SparkTeams motivates to do better and participate. It also encourages to stay on track.

My favorite healthy lunch is Morningstar Spicy Black Bean burgers, on Arnold's sandwich thins, with spinach and Oikos veggie greek yogurt dip with a side of baby carrots and hummus.
