I came to this team looking for what I should be eating for a healthy lunch and I have decided we each determine that for ourselves. Sooooo . . . What kind of parameters have you set for yourself for a healthy lunch?
For example, for me, I make myself include at least 2 servings of vegetables and 1 fruit before I add in anything else. In other words I make a plant food salad, stew, smoothie or plate, before I even think about adding a grain or little bit of meat. I'm eliminating dairy at this time because I think the allergy I had when I was very young is still a problem, or has returned. So, my decisions are for my health, not to make someone else take on my habits.
